    and habits of the individuals in these groups

     Personality characteristics & culture are steadily being


    recognised in corporate, government & in personal life
     People in the west are usually described using
    the following words:
    Ambitious, Impatient, Proactive, Anxious
     People in the east are described using the
    West Vs East following words:
    Inter-dependent, Cooperative, Easy going
     This cultural difference affects a person in his
    work place, his/her emotional competency and
    stress handling.
    Western Culture:
     Greater skill in entering and leaving a group
     Make friends easily
     No obligation to others
    Cultural
    Difference Eastern Culture:
     Do not make friends easily, but once made, usually
    lasts for a long time
     More obligation to others

    Westerners queued neatly. But easterners like to break


    through the queue
    Actually, queueing cultural was forming in many
    Eastern countries. Especially, in big cities. However, in
    general it is not engrained in the lifestyle of people in
    the East

    encounters in the Western worlds. The East are
    different, they can move slightly appointment time
    and that does not become a big thing

     In the Western, boss are also worked for a living as


    employees. In the East, the boss is considered “giants”
    Dressing up

    In western countries religion does not define the


    dress code. What defines the western clothing is
    anything that is comfortable and trendy.
    On the contrary, religious beliefs, cultural
    obligations, and traditions determine the code of
    dressing in the east
    Marriage

    Arranged marriage for Easterners are common.


    However, in Western, they don’t actually practice
    arranged marriage because they believe that love
    comes before marriage

    beauty

    Westerners like brown, Easterners prefer white


    Makeup look

    Western makeup trends are known to be more


    dramatic and structured with many layers, making its
    wearer look more mature.
    Eastern makeup trends often lean more towards a
    simplistic, skin-first look.
