How to Login and Access

Microsoft Teams

Mac Version: Office 365 1


Materials Needed:

• Office 365 subscription or Microsoft Account


• Access to Microsoft Teams App or Website
• Headphones (Optional)

Step 1:

Search “Microsoft Teams” online

Step 2:

Select “Microsoft Teams- Group Chat software- Microsoft Office”

Step 3:

Click on “Sign in”

Step 4:

Sign into your Microsoft Account

Step 5:

Download the “Microsoft Teams” app from the link provided.

Click on the “Microsoft Teams” app

Step 7:

Click on “Teams”

Step 8:

At the bottom, click on “Join or create a team”

Step 9:

Click “Create team”

Step 10:

Select ”Build a team from scratch”

Step 11:

Select “Private”
* This allows you to control who joins the team*

Step 12:

Customize a team name

Step 13:

Click “Create”

Step 14:
Add members to your group by using their email address.
*They will receive an email to join*

Your team will now show up on


the “Teams” section
