Our goal for this project is to know what bakery has the
maximum potential profit between Bakery Z and Bakery X.
Bakery Z sells Pan De Sal and Pan De Regla for 2.00 pesos each
and Pan De Coco for 5.00 pesos. While Bakery X sells Pan De
Sal for 2.00 pesos, Pan De Regla for 3.00 pesos and Pan De
Coco for 4.00 pesos. Bakery Z have a profit 800 pesos and
Bakery X 890 pesos. Which Bakery would have the most profit
by selling 100 pieces of Pan De Sal, 150 pieces of Pan De Regla
and 60 pieces of Pan De Coco?
PAN DE PAN DE PAN DE
PASTRY
SAL REGLA COCO
Bakery Z 2.00 2.00 5.00
Bakery X 2.00 3.00 4.00
First define the variables.
Let X = Bakery Z
Let Y = Bakery X

(0, 50) (50, 0) 50(34)+50(16) 1700 + 800 = 2,300

(0,50) (75,0) 50(34)+75(16) 1700 + 1200 = 2,900

(0,15) (12,0) 15(34)+12(16) 510 + 192 = 702

Bakery Z- 800 Pesos 800 x 16= 12, 800
Bakery X- 890 Pesos 890 x 34 = 30, 260

The result is that the Bakery Z only has the potential profit
of 12, 800 while the Bakery X has the maximum potential
profit of 30, 260.

Therefore, we conclude that the Bakery X has more profit

than the Bakery Z.
