enlighten the understanding of Constitution on nation- building
process of our country.

• The Ministry of Higher Education (Jawi Writings: ‫كمنترين‬
‫ )ڤڠاجين تيڠڬي‬is a Malaysian ministry which exists
between March 27, 2004 and May 14, 2013. It is a result
of a cabinet reshuffle made by Prime Minister of
Malaysia Abdullah bin Ahmad Badawi by dividing the
Ministry of Education into two ministries namely

Technical and vocational education
• This technical and vocational education is an educational
system that provides specialized training for technical skills
and some other skills.

• Early exposure of basic skills is given to Form 1 students for
three years before they choose the course selection
according to their own interests and abilities.
