Cleaning Services

 With people being more and more busy trying to

make money, they have less time to clean their
houses and are therefore more likely to hire a
cleaning service to clean their homes.
 Each individual has responsibility within the
company, that they are liable and responsible
for. It also makes it easier with financing, if we
need more finances, we can include more

Price

 Our average price will be $35 an hour for standard 2-bedroom 1-

bathroom house. Our prices may vary on size of house and how
long it takes. We will also include promotions that can reduce
people’s price for recommending us.
Product

 Our product is the cleaning service that we offer. Customers can

hire us to come into their home and do a thorough clean with the
guarantee that they will be satisfied with the service.
 We want to market ourselves as a group that can really connect
with its customers so that they will be confident and comfortable
with us in their homes.
Promotion

 Our business will have a website so that potential customers who

are looking for a cleaning service can do research on our company
and decide if they would like to become customers.
 5 dollars off every hour to get customers and get into people’s home at the
beginning.
 As for further promotion past that point that won’t affect our numbers
 Recommendation discount.
 We will have a record of customers and if a new customer tells us who
recommended us to them that person will get one free clean, but only once the
cleaning is booked with whoever they recommended us too.
Place

 Our product will be the service of doing thorough clean of our

customers’ homes. We will also be selling our self’s as we will want to
be fun and enjoyable. We will put a lot of effort into connecting to
our customers and paying attention to their wants, we want to be
engaged and not have our customers feeling like we don’t want to
be there or making them feel like a random person is in their home.
Operations

 Our operations will be done simply with a car or van with supplies
needed. At the beginning the 5 of us will be doing all of our work
out of our own vehicles. All supplies that will be needed will be split
up throughout the cleaners. We will have to come to an
agreement with customers about dates and time for cleaning
depending on their schedule. They will have certain routes and
customers depending on the day. We will always try to send the
same cleaner the same customers home to build the connection
and trust. We will cover a portion of gas costs through the business
in the start up until our business grows and get our own vehicles.
Staffing

 The early stages of the business we won’t have a salary because

we won’t have any employees until the business grows. But once
that stage comes, I believe we will pay above average price for
house cleaners. Although it is a very low skilled job, we want to give
our employees extra motivation to go the extra step while cleaning.
We don’t want employees who are going to be negative and think
that they are just cleaning other people’s messes but that they are
doing something good, we will have rewards for the employees for
good reviews and maintaining them.
