Marketing and
Operations
Our operations will be done simply with a car or van with supplies
needed. At the beginning the 5 of us will be doing all of our work
out of our own vehicles. All supplies that will be needed will be split
up throughout the cleaners. We will have to come to an
agreement with customers about dates and time for cleaning
depending on their schedule. They will have certain routes and
customers depending on the day. We will always try to send the
same cleaner the same customers home to build the connection
and trust. We will cover a portion of gas costs through the business
in the start up until our business grows and get our own vehicles.
