Presenting feature are often non-specific
- Clumsiness of hands and feet
- Decrease manual dexterity
- Unsteady gait
- Cervical pain may be present
- Numbness and tingling
- Urinary and bowel symptom
Cervical Myelopathy
Upper motor neuron sign
- Brisk reflex
- Babinski reflex
- Hoffman test
- Clonus
Cervical Radiculopathy
Presenting symptom :
- Pain in the neck with radiation down shoulder
and arm in a dermatomal distribution
- Generalized non dermatomal arm ache
- Occipital headache
- Interscapular pain
- Unilateral dermatomal numbness and tingling
[C5-C7 level are most commonlt affected)
- Motor symptom less common usually unilateral
in myotomal distribution
