for their coffee roasting and cafe fare. Brew Ha Ha is
a top inner-city Coffee establishment that attracts
its wide customer base from happy locals to serious
coffee amateurs.

MARKETING MIX STRATEGY
○ A new market would be to create a web page. They must
make a site that is an accessible place with all the
necessary and current information, always necessary a
professional and original style.
○ The website will be a great idea because people will have
easy access to their coffee from a computer or cell phone
and from there be able to download content about the café
shop that they find interesting.
○ Also it publishes their information, menu, promotions or
even events that keep the customer informed.

○ This new market will be focused on people from 18
years because at this age people are looking for
diversities in coffee and facilities to easily obtain
coffee. It will also benefit coffee loving students

○ In this new market we will have a new online platform which
will have the objective of satisfying the needs and
preferences of each client in the place they are, accessing
from any smartphone, tablet or computer.
