operator prior to work.
• Equipment/vehicles thoroughly examined by a
competent person and third party certified.
• Ensured all operator has valid third party
training card and valid driver’s license.
• Ensuring all equipment’s and machines are
quarterly inspected and safe to use.
• Only certified/trained personnel carried out

• Toolbox talk meeting carried out for backfilling
workforce and discussed the following:
* Use of Ear plugs (hearing protection) during
the activity.
