The purpose of this presentation is to
provide basic, comprehensive
information to assist you in
developing effective presentations.

The use of visual aids, coupled with good

public speaking skills, work hand-in-hand
to create effective presentations.

Your speaking style and stage presence are personal

talents that you can refine with much
INTRODUCTION practice and experience.

Each aspect of effective presentations, however, could

not be detailed in this discussion

Instead, much emphasis is given to visual aids which

are essential to all successful presentations.
Audience analysis
• Select appropriate points of emphasis in your presentation

• Develop a useful level of detail

• Choose and prepare appropriate visual aids

• Create a tone that is sensitive to your audience's circumstance

Presentation will ideally form a bridge between something you have and your audience wants. Let the
audience analysis influence the form of information presented so you can create this bridge.

Flow Chart- We have tried to show the flowchart showing the making of a report and presentation.

• It shows the series of activities, operations or process that fit together to accomplish a full cycle.

• Flow charts are often used in engineering or system analysis.

• It can also be used effectively in business reports to condense, clarify or simplify a procedure.

• A Flow chart consists of a title, shapes to represent various elements in the process, labels to identify
each element, and lines or arrows to connect the shapes and show the direction of flow.
