What is Top Gun?

“TOP GUN” is the most prestigious and coveted annual award in Trace and is aimed at recognizing the top
performers within the Trace International and FTV DU, who has delivered beyond expectations and made a positive
impact on business objectives. The award is a commendation of the outstanding performance and contribution of
individuals within Trace.

Purpose:
a) Recognizing the top performers of the various department in Trace, who
have delivered beyond the expectations and made a positive impact on
business objectives.

a) Creating and sustaining a performance driven culture.

 Process Flow

• 3% (HC 1005 : Awardees 30) of Trace Top performers are recognized & felicitated with Top Gun

• Top Gun qualifiers will be selected basis below parameters

• Employee’s Performance (Efficiency)
• Attendance (No unplanned leaves in the year)

• Nominations to be shared by HOD/ Production Manager and final selection will be done by Top Gun Committee (Sam,
Chand and Alpa)

• Representation is from all Departments of Trace as in table below
