Why agreed with change - Finance

• I agreed with the changes as the current plan meets the

short term and long-term goals of the organization as a
whole
• We as a team have agreed to implement the open source
version of the MIS system to keep the costs low and to
evaluate the new MIS system
• We have agreed on the training and reskilling program to
equip our employees to perform better at their jobs
• Finance GM needs to overcome the resistance to change
and take calculated risks for the long-term performance of
the firm.
