 PPAP List Rquest from the Portal

Almost 30 PPAP´s are required to be

updated by the portal for January 6th
2020
SAG iss trayin to met the Requirement
but the mos t of them do not have a
current PO neither appear in DTNA´s
releases , We can not produce them and
We do not have parts to measure for the
full layout Requirement.

According with my materials team just one part number from the
list required to be update is required to be produced for this year ,
it seems like they are very low runners

Next Steps

• Change the PPAP request on the portal

• Create a Requirement for this PN´s
• Set a different PPAP submission dead line according whit the releases

• Is not a Good aoption to produced parts that are not going to be

shipped to DTNA because they would have to be stored and could get
damaged by the time is a Requirement from the customer also
produce unique parts would impact seriously our production rates
and efficiency,
