CREATIVE CRITICAL RESPONSE 4

CANVA

• The program that I used to create my magazine was canva

• We used Canva because it was a free program that worked very well for what we
were doing. It allowed us to add things like shapes and lines to out covers. It also
provided an easy place for us to upload our pictures to add to our magazine.
• Canva also had many templates for us to base our magazine off of. This made the
production process very simple.
• We had discovered canva by looking at example projects made in the past that used
canva.
COMMUNICATION

• During the production process my group and I integrated technologies into our
project, because we used technology to communicate
• We created a group chat on the app called ‘Snapchat’
• We use this group chat to plan our photo shoots as well as to communicate what each
of us was working on
• We also used this group chat for help if we needed any
• We used this app to send pictures to each other that we needed for our project as
well.
PHOTOGRAPHY

• To take our photos we used a very nice Cannon camera

• We used this camera due to the wider angles we could get and due to the
high quality of pictures produced by the camera
• We also integrated technology to extract the pictures. We had to buy an
adapter that allowed us to plug the sd card into the computers to access our
photos.
CCRS

• To create my CCRs I have so far used the software PowerPoint

• It has made making the CCRs somewhat easy as it has provided an easy
template to create presentations
• I plan to also use Prezi to create my final CCR as I do not want to use the
same software for all four
• I have created three PowerPoints now and have tries to use everything it has
to offer including animations, transitions, and the design ideas
