Department: Flight Operations Control
Position: Manager Flight Operations Control
Qualification & Knowledge:
- Graduation
- Possess valid FOO license issued by PCAA
- Class II medical fitness.
- Knowledge of CARs/PCAA ANO/EASA & JAA regulations
- Knowledge of airline Flight Operations Control system and activities.
- Excellent knowledge of the payload optimization and SITA flight planning
system.
- Knowledge of Routes & Network.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years' experience with an airline Flight Operations Control Centre,
with at least 5 years as management position.
- Experience as Flight Operations Officer, Flight Operations Controller and
Assistant Manager positions.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Initiative and problem solver.
- Should be available 24/7.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills & delivering written proposals.
- Ability to communicate at all levels with good presentation & interpersonal
Skills.
- Advanced Computer skills & proficiency with SITA Flight Planning System.
- Capable of working alone with minimum support.
- Familiarization with latest operational requirements.
