for their needs or feelings. Respect means that you accept somebody for who they are, even when they’re different from you or you don’t agree with them. Being respectful toward others is one part of the puzzle. It’s also important to have respect for yourself. Humanity includes all the humans, it also refer to the kind feelings humans often have for each other. In today’s society there is no concern for the character, conscience, morality, and ethics. Gone are the days of brotherly, sisterly, fatherly, or motherly love. Man is breaking ties of love and respect for the sake of money and property! Kindness is fundamental to the human existence. I enjoy the quote by Professor of Environmental Studies and Politics, David W. Orr: “The plain fact is that the planet does not need more successful people. But it does desperately need more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers and lovers of every kind. It needs people who live well in their places. It needs people of moral courage willing to join the fight to make the world habitable and humane. And these qualities have little to do with success as we have defined it.” The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.
Importance of being patient: Patience makes you
healthier. Anger and stress are two things that are enough to ruin a person's health. ... It is an important tool in overcoming frustration. It allows us to suspend judgment long enough to make informed decisions, thus paving the path to a happy and peaceful life. Gratitude doesn't just feel good. Focusing on what's good in our lives can also be good for us. Why is it imp for us to be grateful? Being grateful helps a person to increase their ability, to appreciate and enjoy the good in life. It generates negative emotions, and helps us in not being self- centred.
