others heterogeneities that are demographic, and that reflect in workforce
 Diversity is accepting, acknowledging differences of values among people
about gender, age, race, religion, class, disabilities etc.
 Organizational effectiveness is known as organizational worth and
organizational success that links with the attainment of goal.
 To ensure sustainability and create organizational effectiveness a leader
must focus his attention on the system, role and structure with the strategy
of an organization, aligning their people, though engaging their personnel
with organization and their job.
 Managing heterogeneous workforce efficiently and effectively is
challenging for business organizations to compete.
 . The company become more innovative and aggressive when it holds
diversity that can vast its capabilities and skills

 The collection of data was held from the employees of the two
major universities of Quetta city i.e. BUITEMS & UOB of
diverse age groups.
 Questionnaire was adopted by previous research articles
 5-point Likert scale was used.
 The data was analyzed with the help of SPSS version 20
 The sampling technique used is convenience sampling method
that is a type of non-probability sampling

 This research focuses on merely three dimensions of heterogeneity i.e.
gender, age and education background
 Generally the impacts of Age, Gender and education background towards
organizational effectiveness is considerable and significant in the majority
of the conducts.
 In view of the fact that workplace heterogeneity is turn into one of the
well-liked and popular ways and customs to assess the organizational
effectiveness in current year.
 The research objectives are fulfilled and satisfied with the approval of the
results.
