Established in 2002. This clinic
was established only for
employees of PT.SAMPOERNA
Tbk and other Company
Employees who have
JAMSOSTEK letters. Then after
the 2014 government policy on
BPJS / KIS emerged, the Mitra
38 Clinic was opened to the
public. So, not only patients
from PT. SAMPOERNA Tbk and
JAMSOSTEK employees only,
but also for patients holding
BPJS / KIS.

• For public services, just register directly

at the receptionist and For BPJS services
patients must attach a photocopy of KK,
KTP, BPJS and bring KTP, original BPJS.

• 4 doctors, 6 nurses, 3 pharmacist assistants, and 2
administrators.
• For clinical midwives, they have collaborated with
village midwives from PONKESDES.
