The CEO (Raju Vanapala) and the Head of Finance


(Suresh) are cousins and Head of Human Resources (Bhanu
Teja) is their brother and they work together for the same
organisation.
Six months ago, in the organisation two employees from two
different departments got married because they loved each
other.

CONCLUSION

We would conclude that research work has given an opportunity to gain knowledge
on various aspects in HRM. We learned complete organization structure, role of
HR, recruitment and selection process, health and safety policies followed by the
company. The importance of employee relationship and the activities and
procedures held by the company are acknowledged. All of this has lead us in better
understanding of the process in the company.
