Transport • Frequent relocation of material in stores and bay

Waiting time • On machine inspection calls.

• Engagement of crane in one operation which is not performed
and due to it other operation remain pending on different stations

Over Process • PMI of fasteners even after punching on the fasteners is

available.

• Only one printer between three cabins in bay 2 north end.

Movement

• Rejected components lying in factory. Eg. GAIL gland
