• Fast moving Parts should always be available inside the branch and
ample stock is always present.
• Utilization of parts system to search and look for available parts to
be offered to the customers
• PLACE and PROMOTION
• Utilization of available space in the branch, btl activity areas, and
social media for the promotion of parts products
• PRICE
• Clearly emphasize to customers that our parts are cheap yet original
and brand new. Upon purchasing they can have at least 3%-5%.
• PEOPLE
• Every personnel should be involve in parts sales, share to personal
social media accounts the post of national fb page. Continuously
offer upselling to customer. Mechanic should offer and convince
customers to change and buy parts upon PMS.

• PROCESS
• Expedite process of PR/PO in order to meet customer demands by
timely ordering of parts and follow ups.
