RIGHTS OF BUYER BEFORE SALE

 SECTION 55(6)(b)
Before completion of sale, buyer has a charge on the
property for any sum of money which he had paid
towards price or as an advance. Where the sale does
not take effect due to default of the seller or where
the seller refuses to execute the conveyance , the
buyer has a right to recover all the sum paid together
with interest.
