 HISTORY OF PUSKESMAS MOJOSARI

The Mojosari community center first stood in front of the

Mojosari Police station on Hayam Muruk street Mojosari Sub-
distric then on May - 21- 2001 the community health center
moved to Hasanudin Candirejo 2 No. Street 7 Meduran Awang-
awang Mojosari Subdistrict, Puskesmas moved because there was
a plan to expand Soekandar Mojosari Hospital. And until now
Puskesmas still stands in Candirejo.

The service at the Mojosari Community Health

Center is very very good and the service at the
Mojosari Community Health Center includes several
servuces, which are immunization every Thursday,
Pregnant Women or INC. Tuesday and Wednesday,
elderly every day, etc.
