• THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER MUST FIRST WRITE A JOB
DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION WHICH OUTLINES THE
OBJECTIVES,RESPONSIBILITIES,AND KEY TASK IN JOB.
• AS A FIRST STEP, A COMPANY MUST GATHER A LARGE NUMBER OF
INTERESTED AND QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION.
• AN EMPLOYEE IS GIVEN SOME SORT OF TRAINING,THIS COULD BE
EITHER ON-THE-JOB TRAINING OR OFF-THE-JOB TRAINING.
