By faith Joseph, when his end
was near, spoke about the
exodus of the Israelites from
Egypt and gave instructions
about his bones.

Then Joseph said to his
brothers, “I am about to die….
 JOSEPH WAS
 He was the favorite son
He had a dream that his older
brother will bow down to him.
 He said that even the moon and
star will bow down to him.
THE RESULT OF JOSEPH'S FAVORITISM:
 He was sold as a slave in Egypt.
 He was falsely accused of rape by
the wife of his master Potiphar.
He was imprisoned for life time.

So Pharaoh said to Joseph,
“I hereby put you in charge of
the whole land of Egypt.”

He had him ride in a chariot as
his second-in-command, and men
shouted before him, “Make way !”
Thus he put him in charge of the
whole land of Egypt.

Then Pharaoh said to Joseph,
“I am Pharaoh, but without
your word no one will lift hand
or foot in all Egypt.”

Then Joseph said to his
brothers, “I am about to die….

The LORD was with Joseph
and he prospered, and he lived
in the house of his Egyptian
master.

Joseph’s master took him and put
him in prison…… But while Joseph
was there in the prison,
THE LORD WAS WITH HIM;
he showed him kindness and
granted him favor in the eyes of the
prison warden.
 GENESIS 39:23
The warden paid no attention
to anything under Joseph’s
care, because the LORD was
with Joseph and gave him
success in whatever he did.

Be persuaded Divine persuasion
Now FAITH is being sure of
what we hope for and certain
of what we do not see.

Then Joseph said to his
brothers, “I am about to die.
But God will surely come to
your aid and take you up out of
this land ……..”

Then Joseph said to his brothers,

he promised on oath to Abraham,
Isaac and Jacob.”

You intended to harm me,
but God intended it for good
to accomplish what is now
being done, the saving of many
lives.

children.” And he reassured
them and spoke kindly to them.

And Joseph made the sons of
Israel swear an oath and said,
“God will surely come to your
aid, and then you must carry
my bones up from this place.”

So Joseph died at the age of a
hundred and ten. And after
they embalmed him, he was
placed in a coffin in Egypt.
