Evaluation criteria: each kaizen will be evaluated based on defined
criteria: - Story telling (presentation, simulation, demo, etc.) - Benefit (related to business case) - Ability to proliferate 1-2. Limited: Only apply to specific model, process, within factory) 3-4. Good: Able to apply to the most of footwear factory 5. Excellence: Able to apply to other industry Scope: • No limit on the topic of kaizen. • One kaizen per factory group. • Implemented and proliferated kaizen should not older than 6 months of implementation and has not been shared . • Each Kaizen team has 10 minutes 5 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. • Maximum 5 slides for presentation . There will be table provided if you want to do simulation/demo instead of presentation. • Kaizen are documented and presented in Bahasa/English. • Methodology is based on PDCA thinking and logic (Why we select it/what and how to do it, good direct and indirect benefits).
