 HUNZA IS KNOWN FOR HIGHEST LITERACY RATE

For the first time 16 schools were established in 1946, 16 "Diamond Jubilee"
schools were established in the Valley.
• In 1983, Prince Shah Karim Al Hussaini, Aga Khan IV, introduced The
Academy, a high-quality school (including dormitory facilities) exclusively for
girls in Hunza.
By the early 1990s, the government created “community schools”

Gojal Lake, is a lake in the Gojal Valley of northern Pakistan created in January 2010 by a
landslide.
2. It is 9 miles(14 km) upstream (east) Karimabad
ALTIT FORT

It has been built on a sheer rock-cliff that falls 300 meters (1000 feet) into the Hunza
River
It is around 1100 years old.
 BALTIT FORT

Baltit fort is around 700 years old

Baltit Fort, located2800 m to the summits of the Himalayas
CONCLUSION

Hunza is known for its beautiful scenes

and high mountains, also named as
Heaven on earth by the tourists.
Hunza is also well known for high

over there.
