Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of gender,
nationality, place of residency, gender ethnicity, religion, color or and other
categorization. Thus, human rights are non-discriminatory, meaning that all
human beings are entitled to them and cannot be excluded from them. Of
course, while all human beings are entitled to human rights, not all human
beings experience them equally throughout the world. Many governments and
individuals ignore human rights and grossly exploit other human beings.
Types of Human Rights
life, liberty, and security of the person; privacy and freedom of
movement; ownership of property; freedom of thought, conscience,
and religious belief and practice; prohibition of slavery, torture, and
cruel or degrading punishment.
Human rights also guarantee people the means necessary to satisfy
their basic needs, such as food, housing, and education, so they
can take full advantage of all opportunities. Finally, by guaranteeing
life, liberty, equality, and security, human rights protect people
against abuse by those who are more powerful.
We should support our government for
human right. We should encourage our
elders and kids for human right.
