4. BELT
IDLERS:-

• since the belt is very long in this assembly ,It is

supported on rollers called idlers.
• These permits the belt to carry more material
without any spillage.
• It allows the belt to be depressed at the center.
DRIVER PULLEYS :-

• Transmits drive power into the belt ,

subjected to dynamic belt tensions in a
conveyor.
