 To finish all technical tasks with high quality which
assigned by Technical Director. The task includes
Integration/Migration/Trouble-Shooting/Maintenance
 To design the system with the knowledge of reverse
Electrical Engineering.
 To design the layout of a circuit in a software
 To run the system successfully in a software
 To design a Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
 To do a compact routing of the circuit board
 To send the Gerber files to the out-source company for PCB
fabrication
 To solder the components on the fabricated board
 To debug the card
 To install the card successfully in the system and document
the project

JOB DESCRIPTION
 Following are the responsibilities of kitchen manager.
 Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served
according to the company recipes, portioning, cooking and serving
standards.
 Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food
items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other
kitchen equipment.
 Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of food served.
 Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking
methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
 Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to
assure a smooth service period.
 Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion
sizes and recipe specifications.
 Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
 Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in
refrigerators).
 Keep weekly and monthly cost report.
 Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
