Glimpse of philosophy
• The purpose of HRM is to ensure that the employees of an
organization are used in such a way that the employer obtains
the greatest possible benefit from their abilities and the
employees obtain both material and psychological rewards
from their work (Graham, 1978).

• HRM is a managerial perspective which argues the need to


establish an integrated series of personnel policies to support
organizational strategy. (Buchanan and Huczynski, 2004).

within a business that is responsible
for all things worker-related. That
includes recruiting, vetting,
selecting, hiring, onboarding,
training, promoting, paying, and
firing employees and independent
contractors.

• The environmental challenges are related to the external forces


that exist in the outside environment of an organization & can
influence the performance of the management of the

organizational issues are also affected by the fact that how

Conclusion
• HRM is a mighty disciplinary subject. It includes the study of
management psychology communication, economics and
sociology.
• The employee must be given adequate training and knowledge
regarding his job and responsibilities, which includes technical
knowledge, decision-making skills and group process skills.
• Human Resource Mangers should also emerge as Counselors
as Mental Illness and addiction seems to on constant rise in the
organizations
