•The banks name was nedumon corporative bank.
 Objective of the training
• The main objective was to study the financial position
of the bank.
• To know and analyze the strength and weakness of
the organization and the forthcoming opportunities
and threats for it.
• To get a practical exposure of the organization
 Objectives of the bank
• It helps to improve the economic and social condition
of the weaker section of the community.
• It increases employment opportunities and income of
the income of the commodity as a whole.
• To employ funds for profitable purposes in various
fields with special emphasis on small scale industries

• Deposit section.
• Loan section.
• Audit section.
• Cash section.

 SWOT analysis
Strength:-
• The bank provides the easiest way to open a new
account into any of its branch as the customers has to
fill minimum requirement.
• It has great amount cooperation with other district
cooperative banks.
Weakness:-
• No internet banking and mobile banking.
• Less advertisement is other weakness of the bank.
Opportunities
• Being a Co-operative bank it has the opportunity to
finance the government projects.
• It has better governance and be more transparent, in
order to restore customer confidence in the process of
the bank.
Threats
• Online banking and mobile banking facilities of other
nationalized and public banks.
 Finding and suggestion
Findings
• Account holders have increased in the last five years.
• The expected income from other source is 2,40,000
but the actual income is 17,85,935 which is much
higher than the expected income.
Suggestions
• The bank should recruit more clerical staff in order
provide better customer services.
