1. SALARIES EXPENSES:
The account salaries expense reports the salaries that employees
have earned during the period indicated in the heading of the income statement, whether or
not the company has yet paid the employees.
2. RENT,RATES,TAXES:
Rates are basically a tax on real-estate property. People who rent property do
not pay rates directly, but property owners will take account of the cost of rates when they set
the rent
3. POSTAGE & TELEGRAMS:
All the expenses incurred in connection with postage of the letters
and other documents are booked under postage & courier expenses account
4. OFFICE ELECTRIC CHARGES:
Utility bills are invoices received by a company for the natural
gas, electricity, water, and sewer charges that the company used during a previous month or other period of time

5. TELEPHONE CHARGES:
Telephone expense is the cost associated with all land lines, fax lines, and cell
phones during a usage period.

6. PRINTING & STATIONERY:


Printing and stationery expenses. Printing & stationery expenses include the
cost of stationery items which are used daily in offices and the printed material for correspondence purposes.
7. CARRIAGE OUTWAD:
Carriage outwards refers to the transportation costs that a seller must pay when it
sells merchandise with the terms FOB destination

8. COMMISSION:
A commission is a fee that a business pays to a salesperson in exchange for his or her
services in either facilitating.

9. BAD DEBTS:
Bad debts expense is also referred to as uncollectible accounts expense or doubtful accounts
expense. Bad debts expense results because a company delivered goods or services on credit and the customer did
not pay the amount owed.
10. INSURANCE:
Insurance expense is the cost of insurance that has been incurred, has expired, or has
been used up during the current accounting period for the nonmanufacturing functions of a business.

11. AUDIT FEE:


Who provide audit services, which are an agency fee according to certain standards.
During the actual audit work, the audit fee influences not only audit quality, but also the development of
accounting firms and audit industry.

12. BANK CHARGES:


Bank service charge expense is the name of an account in which is stored all fees
charged to an organization's checking accounts by its bank.
