• Hazel (Shailene Woodley) is a adolescent of 16
years, with cancer. When her mother sees that
she is to get depressed decides to take to a
support group for young people with cancer.
• It is in this group that Hazel meets Augustos
(Ansel Elgort) who suffered an accident and
was left without walking.
• So Hazel sees Augustos fall in
love with him.

• When they first met each other Augustos
made a surprise to Hazel. The surprise was a
trip to Amsterdam, to finally meet the author
his favorite book (Van Housten).
• Hazel was anxious to meet Van, she thought
he was a gentle person, but when they are
invited by the Van to go to their house is
arrogant and rude.

• Already in the coming Augustos reveals to
Hazel who has cancer and is spreading all over
the body.
• A few days later Hazel receives a call from
Augustos' parents to say that he had died.
• Already at his funeral Hazel speaks crying
about how Augustos was.

• The main message is to show love! Show that

all people are able to love regardless of their
health condition. Love is for all, and lasts even
after death. But also tells us to enjoy life while
we are here.
 Why I liked the movie?
• I liked the movie not only for the message that
passes us but also because the story
fascinated me.
• What I also liked about the movie was a form
of speaking, was of adolescent, since the film
was about two adolescents.
