• Problem
• The first problem, there are so many various want and needs from President University students.
• The Second problem, there store that selling products is too far and hard to reach.
• The third problem, the expensive prices.
• Solutions
• Sell various items to fulfill their needs and want, we also can easily reached face to face but we also open online store
so they can easily reach us, and we also will sell our products with cheaper price.
• Key Players on Team
• Every member of the team is the key players because each of the member have a background of selling products
interest.
• Market Opportunities
• We see the market opportunities by the millennial generation nowadays. Millennials always related to the technology
and in the other words, they want something that easy to reach and we take the Internet. So we make the social
media and get to see them directly
• Competitive Landscape
• We will not just sell stationary, books and cabel bite too. We provide our product handmade to keychain too! So
that, customer could see the differences between our shop with the others
• Go to Market Strategy and Key Action
• We could benefit from looking at our competitors ecommerce stores so we can gauge the customer expectations.
Although we agree that setting high prices is not always the smartest way to decide on prices, it is important to
know where we stand compared to our competitors, so that can be our criteria for placing a better price.
• We also like to giveaway to public and give some freebies to our beloved customers
• Risk and Challenges
• The common risk that we face is that some of the customer doesn’t like the product that we sell and the
challenges is that the customer want downprice or ask for some courting or the worst is our products don’t work
well
• Resource Requirements
• First one is experience of being a customer and seller, second is communication skill, and honesty.
