PRESENTATION OF DATA
This refers to the organization of
data into tables, graphs, or charts,
so that logical and statistical
conclusion be derived from

be presented in Three Methods
(Textual, Tabular, Graphical)
Data analysis is a process of
understanding data or known facts
or assumptionsserving as the basis
of any claims or conclusions you
have about something. Your
primary aim in analyzing recorded
data is to find out if they exist or
operate to give answers to the
research questions you raised prior
to your acts of collecting them.
Textual Presentation
- The data gathered are
presented in paragraph form.
- Data are written and read.
- It is a combination of text and
figures.
Tabular Method
- Method of presenting data
using the statistical table.
- A systematic organization of
data in columns and rows.
Graphical Presentation
Kinds of Graphs or Diagrams
Bar Graph - used to show relationships /
comparison between groups
Pie or Circle Graphs - shows
percentages effectively
Line Graph - most useful in displaying
data that changes continuous over time.
Pictograph / Pictogram - It uses small
identical or figures of objects called isotopes in
making comparisons. Each picture represents
define quantity.

gathering procedure
This chapter overseen the presentation,
analysis, and interpretation of data gathered
by the researchers. This study aims to determine
the perception of grade 11 students on the
most important factor that leads to customers
satisfaction. The researchers gathered data
through giving survey questionnaires. The data
presented are examined to answer the
questions communicated in the statement of
the problem. The analytical procedures are
arranged according to the sequence of
specific questions.

Table 1.1shows distribution of respondents according to their


strand

Table 1.1 shows the population of the respondents


whereas the researchers gathered 10 form each grade 11
strand, contributing to 20% of the total population. All in all are
50 respondents which is equivalent to 100%.

according to gender
