LLP – Top Super Market Loyalty Program
1. LLP is to enroll New SSS.
2. LLP will run for 3 months period.
3. Budget will be allocated ASM wise. Need to send how many outlets will
be enrolled under both slabs.
4. 100% payout will be applicable for both space and target achievement.
5. If target is not achieved, 50% payout of visibility applicable.
6. RS will pass the claims immediately after closure of month.
7. After completion 3 months the same will claimed through manual claim
provided all bill copies and monthly audited visibility photos (GPS camera
app will be recommended).
 Eligibility:
Any New SSS which is not Audit: TSI/ SO
serviced.

Trade Load: Merchandising and Space

Primary Schemes will be negotiation:
defined and communicated RSSM/ ISR
in Monthly Scheme Letter.

1. What if the outlet delivers target and audit fails.
Ans – Outlet will 50% payout for Target Achievement.
2. What if the Audit is successful and target not met.
Ans – 50% payout for Visibility applicable.
3. How do we track.
Ans- TSI/ SO will do audit of their own area outlets and secondary will
tracking through secondary reports and bill copies with outlet seal.
