INGREDIENTS

•chicken
•1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
•1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
•1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1/2 cup hung curd
•1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
•1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
•1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper
•1 teaspoon garam masala powder
HOW TO MAKE GRILLED
CHICKEN??
• Step 1
• To prepare this easy chicken recipe, wash the chicken and prick it with a fork.
Now, in a large bowl, combine hung curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli
powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, salt and garam
masala. Stir all the ingredients until well blended.
• Step 2
• Now add the chicken and apply the masala mixture all around it. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours. Once done, preheat the grill
for 20 min. Remove chicken from marinade and place it on a grilling tray.
Grill it for 1 hour, turning it in between. Check the chicken when it's fully
cooked. Serve it with salad or Indian bread.
GRILLED BUTTER
CORN
INGREDIENTS

• 4 ears sweet corn in the husks

• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at


room temperature (if using salted
butter, omit the salt)
HOW TO MAKE GRILLED BUTTER
CORN??
• Set up the grill for direct grilling and preheat to high.
• Strip back the corn husks, as you would peel a banana, exposing
the kernels. Bring the husks together beneath the ear of corn to
make a sort of handle and tie with string.
• Place the butter in a mixing bowl and whisk or beat until smooth
and creamy.
• Lightly brush the corn with a little of the butter and arrange on
the grate, positioning the ears in such a way that the husks are
away from the fire. Grill the corn until the kernels are
handsomely browned on all sides, turning as needed, and
basting with the remaining butter. Serve at once and get ready
for one of the most fabulous tastes in life.
