 First, look at the picture given.
 Pay attention to the details.
 The picture chooses a telephone conversation

 Understand the speech bubbles


 A young man is asking a question either he can speak
to Mr Tan to someone on the phone.

Usually one speech bubble will be
filled and the other will be blank.
