huge impact on how people
deal with their daily lives.

People tend to spend an

devices.
Being overly attached to online
devices is not good.

If we want to change this bad habit,


the very first thing we should know
is that we must have self-awareness.
We can find means or ways on how
to cope and overcome those things
we want to change if and only if we
are aware of it ourselves.
Personal interaction is much more
sincere than chatting or texting. We are
able to show our true emotions and
feelings towards one another - ensuring
better communication and lessening
misunderstandings.
Being able to be with your
friends creates an actual
atmosphere of happiness.
We should also spend time with
our family as well. The child will
learn the value of family and realize
the happiness that lies within it.
We could try reading books,
painting some inspirations,
physically exercising, and more. Do
your hobbies! Go for an adventure!

listen to the radio, read some
newspapers, magazines, and
journals.
Remember, we all have
our social life aside from
our "virtual self“.
We should do the things we enjoy.
We must find people whom we can
share everything, we must socialize
with people whom we have the
same interest, like our friends or
bond with our family, and be more
intimate with our love ones.
