two. The font you use for headings should be a

Verdana For the body text, you should use a a
standard text font like Century, Times Roman or
Book Antigua Use 11 or 12 point size
• Seperate sections using page breaks and for
separating charts form text and to highlight tables
• Do not cram together words into small spaces it is
better to see white space than a crowded one
• Proof read your text carefully. Always use your spell-
checker. You can also ask a friend or your business
partner to read the document. Make sure that your
text numbers and your table numbers match
