INTRODUCTION

 The ‘BOOKMYVEHICLE’ keeps track the information about

the vehicles , Maintenance, Repair, Parts, Employees,Location
and Vendors.
 It also keep track the maintenance performed for different
vehicles which are used for transportion.
 The main objectives of this system are to provide best services
to their customer, increasing working capacity, accuracy in
calculation, better maintenance of the organization resource, up-
to-date information accessibility and many more.
Modules

It contains four modules

 Admin

 Guest

 Vehicle

 Details
Admin

 Admin can change the details of the vehicles.

 Also when a request is made by the guest
regarding the booking of the vehicle, admin
gets to approve or reject the status of the
booking.
 Details of repair are also available.
 Details of drivers also available.
Guest

 Can book vehicle.

 Any type of vehicle can be booked.
 All the details of the vehicles is provided to
the guest.

 In the vehicles module, we get to know about

different vehicles which have different
mileage and different seating arrangements.
 Also in vehicle module, it shows the details of
all the information regarding vehicles to both
the guest and admin whereas giving extra
privilege to the admin as the admin can add
and delete the details of booking.
Vehicle Details

 Last is vehicles details, in the details

regarding the vehicle is presented.
 The fuel change of the car.
 The driver details which are provided by the
website.
 The repair details of the car used by the
guests.
 Vehicles details module can only be
accessed by the admin module.
Advantages

o Duplication of the vehicle data is avoided.

o As vehicle number is already stored in the
master therefore human mistakes can be
avoided.
o Vehicle will be tracked by the guest
