A static air diffuser without moving parts has been developed


for aeration of the active sludge tank.
This resulted in significant reduction (30% to 50%) of the
electricity bill through improved oxygen dissolution efficiency

【 Odor removal】
In the diffuser type aeration, malodor was generated due to lack of oxygen
and accumulation of sludge. Therefore, there was a complaint from a nearby
house, and a deodorization hut and an activated carbon adsorption tower were essential. With the
introduction of Aerator S1, there is no accumulated sludge, eliminating the odor problem and
eliminating the need for a deodorizing shed deodorizer.

High-efficiency acidity treatment has improved the viscosity, color
