INTRODUCTION
People marry for many reasons, including one or more of the following:
legal, social, libidinal, emotional, economic, spiritual, and religious. These
might include arranged marriages, family obligations, the legal establishment
of a nuclear family unit, the legal protection of children and public
declaration of commitment.
Family is the basic components of the society. And we believes that the
number one ingredients on youth’s happy life are their family, that the
parents are the most important source of youth’s behavior, which effect to
their outlook in life. A broken family refers to a family who has been
separated or divorced.
CAUSES OF BROKEN FAMILIES
Cheating/Immorality
The spouses fall out of love with each other.
Intervention of the overbearing mother and the – in- laws.
Alcoholism
Drug addiction
Focusing much on the career and forgetting the family.
Very secretive to his husband/wife for all times
Lack of trust in each parties.
Disrespect of the wife to the husband due to her high salary.

Offer to listen to them. The teen may need to only talk things through
with someone who won't be judgmental.
Starta group for teens from broken homes in order to help and work
through their feelings about their parents divorce.
When a teen is going through a broken home, the worst thing that
he/she can deal with is parents who are fighting all the time. It puts
them in the middle no matter how much you think you aren't doing
that. If you are going to have fights with the other parent, keep it away.

Teens are going through enough stress just being a teenager and
learning how to be an adult. Try to make the broken home as
stress free for them.
Stay connected, stay informed and stick to your guns.
Remember, raising kids is not a dress rehearsal ... you get one
chance to do it right.
The impact of a divorce on a family can often be extremely
severe and rob Children of Their Chances for Future Prosperity.
