2. Save the form to your computer
3. Control – Click on the email link below
4. Attached the saved form to the email or
Copy the data from the form to the email
5. Send the email

 After a form is Submitted to Cummins, a support team receives an email containing
the data entered
 The support team will enter the ticket on behalf of the submitter
 The submitter will receive an email that the ticket has been entered
 The submitter will receive an email when the ticket changes ticket status
 Ticket status can be Open, In Progress, On-hold, or Closed
 The emails will have all the ticket information in them, including the ticket status, the
progress of the ticket (comments by the one working on the ticket), the Work Log
(date and time stamp of each stage of the ticket as it progressed), and the Resolution
Summary (any notes or comments entered by the person closing the ticket).
