 ABSTRACT

 In today’s globalization it is normal to hear about the importance of having international certification
processes, the implementation of international standards for the improvement of management is an
aspect that every organization is obliged to fulfill if it seeks to survive in the market current; where
customers, users, employees, society and the international community are increasingly demanding. In
the present article, it is applied to a university higher education program based on the implementation of
the international standard ISO 9001 version 2015, which can serve as a model for other university
higher education programs that have a vision of placing themselves at the forefront of the world market
and to improve their academic-administrative processes for their students, make a differentiation before
their competitors.
 CONCLUSIONS

 It is possible to establish the Process Map of the University Higher Education Program, which allows to
identify the classes of processes involved in the Management System of Quality, according to the
methodology of the standard ISO 9001: 2015.
 Due to the implementation of the System Quality Management, a higher was obtained worker
participation, thus strengthening its commitment to the System and the Program of Higher education.
