 Idea Pooling Session

▰ This session involves participation from all the interested students

▰ It involves presentations by students to the panellists their own
ideas related to these industries
▰ There will be 4 presentations of 10 minutes each with 5 minutes for
Q/A round
▰ The club will screen the presentations from students and select the
4 presentations which will be delivered to the panellists
▰ This session will be helpful to get new ideas & for students to get
feedback from experts

 Panel Discussion Session

▰ In this session, there will be a discussion round between

the panellists (speakers) and the students
▰ The discussion can be related to any topic of the
industry the panellists are associated with
▰ It will start with queries or comments from students and
will continue on the same lines

 Gala Dinner

▰ This is organized for the students to freely interact with

the Speakers and Network with them
▰ This gives the chance for students to know the formal
and informal aspects of PM Tech life

 Logistics & Resources Required

▰ Transport for the speakers from Airport to IIM A and Back

▰ Stay arrangements for the speakers inside IIM A
▰ Meal arrangements for the speakers
▰ GALA dinner Venue – LKP lawns, setup to be made for the same
▰ Tea/Coffee & Water bottles
▰ Classroom booking for the sessions
▰ Lamp arrangement for lamp lighting in opening ceremony
▰ Notepads & pens for speakers
▰ Posters for the publicity of the session
▰ A person required to accompany speakers around the campus 11
 Potential Roadblocks

▰ Participation
▻ As the students at IIM A are usually busy, participation might be less
▻ The event has to be publicized and branded heavily for increasing participation
▻ There should not be any other event clashing with this
▰ Last minute speaker cancellation
▻ Due to some unforeseen circumstances, a speaker can cancel at the last moment
also
▻ A backup plan of some competition should be kept to accommodate the time gap of
the session
▰ Rain spoiling GALA dinner at LKP - Alternate venue to be reserved
