1.Introduction
This is the simple circuit in which we are given to display or explain the working
of Automatic Street light.

2.Equipment:
Following are the components we are going to use in our project or
experiment.
1.1k Ohm Resistor (R1)
2.100K Ohm Resistor (R2)
3.9V Battery (B1)
4.LED (D1, D2, D3)
5.LDR
6.BC547 (NPN Transistor)

In this circuit we use LDR which (or Light dependent resistor or photocell) is a
light control variable resistor.In case of light it become open circuit. As the light
goes or dim, the LDR detects no light the circuit become closed and the current
starts flow through it and the desired LED will starts glowing.

5.Applications
Airport Lighting.
Highway and roadway lighting.
Park and Playground lighting.
Industrial lighting and commercial lighting.
Outdoor security lighting.
 6. Result
By this project it will save electricity from loses because the light
will automatic turn OFF and ON. And it will also save someone to
turn ON and OFF the light When it needs.
