CSM - (Customer Service Manager)
• A good customer service means providing quality
product or service.
• CSM is a person who gives services to the
customers and satisfying the needs of customers.
• CSM should commit to quality service like creating a
positive experience for the customers.
• A CSM is a business maker of the company and also
knows operations of the bank as a CASHIER.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• The first duty of a cashier is to greet the customer
entering into the branch.
• Handling all the cash transactions of the bank.
• Receive payments by cash, cheques, credit card
etc.
• Checking daily cash accounts.
• Guiding and solving queries of the customers.
• Issues Receipts, Refunds, credits or change due to
customers.
• To open vault cash in morning which is called BOD.

Continue:
• At the end of the day the cash with the cashier
in drawer should tally with the balance in teller's
account which is called EOD.
• Remit cash to ICMC.
• If cash is not tallied with the teller's account
then cashier has to pay the amount in case of
cash shortage.
• Cashier has to check each note carefully.
