TRAY

PAISA

INGREDIENTS
Avocado Water
Arepa Salt
White rice Oil
Pork Meat Onion
Chorizo Tomato
Beans
Egg
Ripe banana
Green banana
PREPARATION
BEAN PREPARATION
-Add some cumin, carrot and dressings
-Let the beans soak overnight
-Cook for a few minutes and add salt and oil
-Carrot and dressings are removed and
liquefied
MEAT PREPARATION
-The meat is cooked with a little water and salt
-Remove and drain, reserve water
-Once cold, it is ground in a meat processor.
DRESSING PREPARATION
-Some oil is made in a pot and the onion, tomato and garlic are finely chopped.

-When cooked and bright, it is reserved for the stew.


ASSEMBLING THE COMPLETE
PAISA TRAY
Once the beans, meat and hogao are prepared, white rice, fried egg,
sausages, pork rind and arepa are prepared;
the dried ones are arranged in the tray and in the casserole the beans,
it is decorated with a generous piece of avocado.
