• Driving, Supporting and Managing CPSI NC not

 Increase site audit and rectification work
 Timely closing outstanding complex
breakdown issues
 Taking action on repeated call backs.
 Monitoring of NC not to exceed 100 days.
 Training of potential technician for belt
upgrading
 To focus on increasing D01/D02 MTBC in the
next quarter.
 To work towards reducing 15 % of callback for
D01 and D02
 To improve planning and leadership skills
